Essential oils are naturally occurring, volatile aromatic compounds. They are found in the peels, seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants.
Essential oils can be used with great results:
- Aromatically - a drop in a diffuser;
- Topically – add a drop to your wrists for calming;
- Internally - a drop of lemon or Lime in your water - it’s so refreshing.
Calm Frazzled Emotions
When staff are uptight, deadlines are looming, and staff are struggling and are under pressure maybe try to diffuse some calming oils such as Peace, Lavender or Bergamot
Stimulate Feelings of Positivity
When staff are feeling the weight of some challenges at work, this is a great time to diffuse citrus oils. It's hard to not feel a lift when we smell Wild Orange, Lemon or Citrus Bliss.
Fight Airborne Germs
On Guard is a blend with Clove, Wild Orange Cinnamon, Eucalyptus and Rosemary and can help protect the staff from viruses and is best diffused.
Rather than drinking too much coffee or energy drinks, try to diffuse some Peppermint and Wild Orange.
